Jennifer comes to Lael Tax after a career of 13 years in corporate accounting. A Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Tennessee in 2012, Jennifer is passionate about process improvement, process standardization, and balancing accuracy with efficiency, and is a particularly devoted fan of Excel. As Firm Manager, she serves as the Integrator to the firm’s Visionary, Christina.

Jennifer joined Lael Tax after 13 years in corporate accounting.  A particularly devoted fan of Excel, she is passionate about designing standardized processes that result in maximum accuracy and consistency, balanced with efficiency.  Jennifer brings these talents to bear in directing the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Aimee has 18 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service in many industries.  She thrives on building and maintaining strong relationships of trust with our clients, ensuring that their needs are addressed quickly.  Aimee directs our intake process and keeps workflows (and us) in forward motion.

Lee has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting in both the private and public sectors.  As a life-long fan of Excel and QuickBooks, she specializes in using these tools to streamline our clients’ accounting, year-end reconciliation, and tax processes.

Joseph Troiano 

Senior Tax Accountant

Joe has over 25 years of experience in business planning/management and tax accounting, as well as teaching at the graduate level. He has a Masters in Taxation Degree from Boston University and also has taught taxation at the MBA level. His specialties include asset protection, estate planning, tax research, tax compliance, and planning for both domestic and foreign corporations, individuals, trusts, and estates.
